ALPINE´S 5 Layer no-flip design utilizes 4 inches of 2 pounds density bonded urethane foam(econo) and 2-1/4 inches of 1.5 pound density convoluted urethane foam topped with 3 layers of polyester batting for comfortable cushioning proven to last. FR Rayon Batting encases the foam for fire safety and gives the mattress a nice, clean look. The mattress covering is 100% polyester fabric which is lightweight for airflow, flexible  for comfort, and strong to hold button-less lace tufting.

It can be used in a futon frame or bed frame. Custom sizes are available.
